We can’t wait to see you there!
Tournament Details:
The second annual “Live Like D” Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, August 8, at the Cottonwood Hills Golf Course in Bozeman, MT (Apple Maps | Google Maps).
We will have nine holes available on their larger regulation course, the Championship Course, and their nine-hole Par-3 course, the Executive Course.
You will choose which course your team plans to play when you purchase your team’s ticket, and the cost will vary accordingly.
Also, to clarify, each ticket is for your entire team – one ticket per team, not per player.
We will start each course with a staggered shotgun start to ensure all teams conclude their rounds within the same timeframe.
We plan to start at 1:00 p.m. on the Championship Course and 2:00 p.m. on the Executive Course.
Please ensure you arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before the start time to allow for check-in and registration.
Please also note that the driving range and putting green will also be available.
We encourage families and kids to participate!
The Par 3 Executive Course may be well-suited for teams with younger players.
We also ask that teams with members under 14 have at least one adult present.
Limited Tickets:
Ticket sales are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until they sell out.
14 teams on the regulation Championship Course
9 teams on the Par-3 Executive Course
If tickets sell out, please take a moment to add yourself to the waitlist (click here).
If any spots become available, we will be sure to notify you!
By joining the waitlist, you’re helping us demonstrate a strong interest in our event and potentially secure the entire course for next year.
Even if you’re not golfing, we hope to see you at the course, where you can participate in the side contests, raffle, and the post-tourney social – more details below!
Costs:
The team registration fees are as follows:
$500 per four-person team for the Championship Course.
A golf cart rental is included for the regulation course.
$200 per four-person team for the Executive Course.
No carts will be provided for the Par 3 course.
Each hole is only 150 yards on average, making it a great course to walk.
All proceeds will go towards the Delaney Doherty Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
Social & Silent Auction:
A social and silent auction will follow the tournament at Dry Hills Distillery.
The distillery is conveniently located near the golf course at 106 Village Center Lane, Bozeman, Montana 59718 (Apple Maps | Google Maps).
We anticipate starting the social at 4 p.m. and concluding around 6 p.m.
Light appetizers and finger foods will be served.

Additional Information:
We will play a “scramble” format.
Each team member tees off on each hole.
All team members of your team will play their second shot from the best-positioned ball of the four tee shots.
Everyone on the team continues to play from the best-positioned ball, and after making their putt, the team records one score for each hole.
There will be side competitions with great prizes!
A “Best Dressed Team” Contest
A putting contest (practice green)
A "longest drive" contest (Championship Course)
A "closest to the pin" contest (Championship and Executive Courses)
All teams will be considered for the best-dressed team contest. For the remaining contests, the buy-in fee is $20 per attempt, and yes, you can try as many times as you'd like.
We also plan to hold a raffle for additional donated prizes, including an autographed Tommy Mellott jersey! Be sure to review the up-to-date list of prizes when you check in!
So bring some extra cash (we accept Venmo, too!), have some extra fun, and try to win great prizes!
